About Jane E. Tomich
Jane Tomich is a partner at Tomich Law Firm. She has been practicing law since 1996 when she graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her undergraduate degree from Truman State University in 1993.
Jane’s practice focuses on family law. She advocates for her clients in many different kinds of family law cases: divorce, child custody, child visitation, paternity cases, modification of child custody and child support, grandparent visitation rights, and adoptions. Her practice includes cases in St. Charles County and St. Louis County. She also practices appellate law and has handled many different kinds of cases in the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. Jane has been appointed as a Special Master in family law by the family court judges in St. Charles County. She is currently a Special Master and has served in that capacity for more than 10 years. She was also appointed to the Appellate Judicial Review Committee by the governor of Missouri. This Committee reviews decisions of the judges in the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Supreme Court and makes recommendations regarding their retention. She is a past president of the St. Charles County Bar Association. Jane is dedicated to achieving good results for her clients. Jane’s practice includes many high conflict and contested cases. She is a highly experienced attorney and is equally adept at negotiating and litigating. While many attorneys are content to settle all of their cases, Jane will aggressively argue a case in court if it offers her client the best possible outcome. If a settlement better serves her client’s interests, she helps her clients achieve the best possible result and will employ creative problem solving. |
